Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter binding contracts. Information given at registration must be accurate, current, and complete.

2. Accounts and verification

Bidding requires identity verification with government-issued photo ID. Until approval an account may browse only. You are responsible for your credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Bidding

Every bid is a binding offer to buy. A winning bidder must complete the purchase at the final bid amount plus applicable fees, taxes, and disclosed transport charges. Bids cannot be retracted once submitted.

We may cancel, suspend, or correct an auction following a technical fault, suspected fraud, incorrect lot data, or circumstances outside reasonable control.

4. Buy Now

Buying at the Buy Now price ends the auction for that lot and carries the same payment and completion obligations as a winning bid.

5. Fees and payment

The winning bidder owes the hammer price plus the auction fee and any applicable taxes, documentation costs, or transport charges. Payment is due within 48 hours of close unless confirmed otherwise in writing. Accepted methods are wire transfer, ACH, and approved dealer terms.

6. Title and collection

Title transfers only after payment clears in full. We coordinate paperwork and release instructions; delays caused by carriers, lienholders, government offices, or couriers are outside our control.

7. Conduct

• No shill bidding, auction manipulation, or coordinated bidding.
• No bots, scraping, credential sharing, or unauthorised access.
• No redistribution of platform content without written permission.
• Nothing that interferes with other buyers or platform reliability.

8. Intellectual property

Lot photography, descriptions, logos, software, and interface design are owned by or licensed to the operator and may not be reproduced or adapted without written permission.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator and its officers, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform or from a vehicle purchase. You agree to indemnify the operator against claims arising from your use of the platform, breach of these terms, or violation of third-party rights.

10. Changes

Material changes may be sent by email or posted here. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
