This 2002 Tabbert Baronesse 740 is a German-made, 30′ travel trailer that was imported to the US following history in Hamburg, Germany. It was offered on BaT in October 2025 alongside a Cadillac Fleetwood, and the trailer was subsequently acquired by the selling dealer. Finished in beige and white, the trailer is outfitted with “chocolate box” windows, hardwood floors, raised-panel cabinetry, a full galley, and a bedroom with a queen-sized bed as well as a U-shaped dinette, panoramic windows, swagged draperies, white leather upholstery, a marble tabletop, and a crystal chandelier. Additional amenities include an Electrolux refrigerator/freezer, a fireplace-style heater, a two-burner cooktop, and a Dometic heating and air-conditioning system. The trailer rides on body-color 14″ alloy wheels and tandem axles with drum brakes. This Tabbert caravan is now offered by the selling dealer in Massachusetts with a clean Florida title. The trailer is finished in beige with white stripes and gold graphics and moldings. Additional elements include “chocolate box” windows, ventilated front and rear roof noses, a planar satellite/HDTV antenna, and a right-side entry door as well as a rear-mount spare tire carrier, DOT-compliant taillights, an AL-KON stabilizer safety coupling and control module, and a manual-crank Fulton F2 trailer jack. The trailer is laid out with a U-shaped convertible dinette at the front and a bedroom at the rear with a galley and a storage-converted lavatory in between. Premium features consistent with Tabbert campers include raised-panel cabinetry, hardwood flooring, and custom touches such as swagged draperies, beaded door curtains, Persian-style area rugs, white leather upholstery, a marble tabletop, and a crystal chandelier. Equipment includes an electric fireplace with a brass-effect decorative grille in addition to a Dometic air-conditioner/heater, a two-burner gas tabletop stove, rooftop vents, and panoramic front windows. The trailer was reportedly imported to the US after being purchased by a prior owner from a member of jazz manouche guitarist Django Reinhardt’s family in Hamburg, Germany. Wood sliding doors with upper glass panes close off a rear bedroom, which has a queen-size bed as well as overhead and bed-side storage cabinets. The mirrored headboard, side windows, and ceiling feature swagged drapery treatments, the latter of which include decorative brocade and crystal accents. Gas lines that reportedly could not be DOT-certified were removed, and the gas furnace was replaced with an electric unit under prior ownership. The electrical system was converted from 220 volts to 110, and a 12-volt battery system was added. The 220-volt Electrolux refrigerator/freezer runs off a 110/220V transformer and can be switched to 12-volt operation while underway. Body-color 14″ alloy wheels are mounted with 175/70 Fullway HP108 tires that have 2024 production date codes. The trailer rides on a hot-dip galvanized, self-supporting frame chassis and tandem semi-trailing-arm axles equipped with hydraulic shocks and drum brakes. Power outlets and stabilizer jacks are equipped on the underside. The Carfax report shows no accidents or other reported damage.
