This 17′ 1968 Keaton Utility Ski was purchased by the seller and refurbished with $59k worth of work in 2018 that consisted of fitting a Crusader 5.7-liter V8 in addition to performing fiberglass bodywork and refinishing the boat in gray. The boat is equipped with adjustable trim tabs, a three-bladed propeller, a teakwood swim platform, and white vinyl upholstery. This Utility Ski was acquired by the seller in 2020 and is now offered in Ohio with a double-axle trailer, a mooring cover, and a clean Indiana watercraft title in the seller’s name for the boat and a bill of sale for the trailer. The 17′ fiberglass hull is finished in gray and features front and rear navigation lights, a ski pylon, a teakwood swim platform, underside tracking fins, dual polished exhaust outlets, and a curved windshield. The cockpit features a bucket seat for the driver, a chaise-style seat for the passenger and a rear bench trimmed in white vinyl. A Wet Sounds sound bar is fitted underneath the helm, and the cockpit sole is covered in gray carpeting. The port helm features a three-spoke steering wheel and instrumentation consisting of a 60-mph speedometer, a 6k-rpm tachometer, and readouts for oil pressure, engine temperature, battery voltage, and fuel level. Additional appointments include a stainless-steel throttle lever with a gray vinyl-wrapped knob as well as stainless-steel control knobs and a Faria depth sounder. The seller reports that approximately 10 hours have been added since the engine was installed though in the absence of an hourmeter, total operating hours are unknown. The replacement 5.7-liter Crusader V8 was installed in 2020 and features electronic ignition and a Mercury intake manifold. Power is sent to the stainless-steel three-bladed propeller through a forward-reverse transmission. The transom is equipped with hydraulic trim tabs. The double-axle Yacht Club trailer is finished in black and is equipped with carpeted bunks, lighting, surge brakes, and a rolling tongue jack. The trailer does not have a title or registration and is being offered on a bill of sale only.
